No voltage or low voltage, bad fuse link, bad wiring, or connections. there is no power to the fuel pump, fuel pump relay or the efi power control module. 09 Dyna FXDC, got power everywhere. I checked the power at the pump. With the key off, there should be power at one of the terminals.
